Festival of Trees Invitation

02 November 2016

The Irricana & Rural Municipal Library is hosting a Festival of Trees event in conjunction with our towns Christmas on Main celebration on December 2nd.
The Festival of Trees event is to be a fundraiser for the library as we are looking for companies to donate decorated trees that will be displayed in our library and then silent auctioned off, with the proceeds going to the Irricana Library.
We were hoping that your company or organization would be interested in donating a tree to our fundraising event, this is a great opportunity to advertise your business to the community as every tree sponsor will be able to put up signage at their tree. I have attached a letter that gives more description about the event.
Thank you for your time in regards to this. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Elysse Reicheneder
